Welcome, my friends, to Beans Around The World, a site dedicated to showing you the lighter side of cities, famous places, landmarks, tourist attractions, and whatever else strikes our fancy, all as seen through the "eyes" of a can of traveling black beans.

For the past 16 years, the beans have traveled the world, picking up new experiences, new knowledge, and making tons of new friends. But beyond that, they've shown the world that there is a common link between us all, even if it is just a 15 ounce can of frijoles -- and a sense of humor.
