"I now pronounce you man, wife, and canned vegetable." Has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? We here at BATW believe in true love, and we especially enjoy seeing happy couples pose with the beans on their special day. Not too many do -- my wife and I did, but I hate to brag...

Anyway, we are proud to congratulate Mark and Tracey Zwart of Belleville, Ontario on their recent nuptials, and wish the two of them a lifetime of love, happiness, and black beans. Word on the street has it that Mark and Tracey took the beans with them on their honeymoon to the Dominican Republic -- so we'll keep our fingers crossed for some Caribbean photos.

As for the can, they were happy to be included as the "best beans", and were glad that rice is traditionally thrown at weddings instead of black beans. Beans are cool and all, but that would be a mess you'd never forget...
